Aspire Intergrated Services are specialists in high level window cleaning and building maintenance, and we have built solid relationships with property management and facility management companies throughout the UK.

We see rope access as an essential and integral part of our company, enabling us to offer a total safe access solutions package to our clients. We provide rope access to office buildings, apartment buildings and all commercial structures. 

What window cleaning system do we use?

We use the Reach and Wash system, this enables us to clean not only your windows but also signs, facias, cladding, canopies and shop fronts.

Why is this important to you?

Using our Reach and Wash system allows us to clean windows up to 65 feet without breaching Health and Safety legislation. This reduces risk, saves time and most importantly saves money. Our eco-friendly purified water system also eliminates the need for using chemicals, which means we also operate within EU regulations.

Training and Supervision

Our professional teams are trained to use and apply the latest machinery, equipment, and techniques for each project. We adhere to the Working at Height Regulations Act 2005 and accordingly all employees who manage, plan, supervise or undertake work at height are both qualified and highly experienced.

We’ve already been recognised by organisations such as Safe Contractor, Ladders Free and Federation of Window Cleaners for our health and safety practices and immaculate record.

All our window cleaners undergo thorough training; equipment is regularly checked for faults and fixed or replaced if necessary. We are fully insured- £2,000,000 for public liability and £10,000,000- employers’ liability.
